New Wine List – 2026 Season
For this new 2026 season, we are pleased to present our completely renewed wine list.
With a commitment to showcasing our terroir and Provençal excellence, we are delighted to partner with Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze, renowned for the quality of its vintages and expertise.
Our selection has been carefully crafted in partnership with Maurel Frères, a house specializing in wine and spirits distribution for several generations.
Characterful rosés, refined whites, or generous reds… let yourself be tempted by a selection designed to accompany your moments of relaxation and enhance your stay.
Our Restaurant invites you for lunch and dinner to discover our à la carte dishes, but you will also regularly find specials on the chalkboard that our Chef prepares according to inspiration and for the delight of your taste buds.
At the end of your meal, you’ll be tempted by our varied digestifs and spirits or one of our desserts or ice cream sundaes, while the sun sets over the Valensole plateau.
Our establishment “Le feu au Lac” also welcomes you throughout the day. In the morning, you’ll recharge your batteries on our terrace, enjoying our hearty and varied breakfast buffets.
Not staying at the inn? No problem, call us to reserve your breakfast with family or friends.
In the afternoon, you’ll also enjoy our crepes, ice creams, and smoothies while overlooking Lake Sainte Croix and its turquoise waters.
